In addition, you will receive the current "dialysis conditions" etc. from your dialysis facility by email.

Based on the information received, we will make a judgment on whether requested dialysis is possible and contact the person in question.

Please contact us at least 10 days prior to your desired dialysis appointment. If we cannot contact you at least 7 days in advance, we will cancel it.

Cancellation on the day of dialysis will be charged a cancellation fee.

If you wish to cancel, please be sure to contact us by phone by 13 o'clock the day before.
(If you cancel on Monday: Sunday is a closed day, so please contact us by Saturday of the previous day.)
If you cancel after that, you will be charged a cancellation fee (consumables and labor costs) of 20,000 yen.

Please note:Our hospital is unable to fill out the various certificates required when bringing oxygen cylinders or medical electronic equipment onto an airplane.
